Advocate K Satish Kumar, an attorney by profession, has expertise in the Finance domain from the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India also known as ICWA or CMA now and has varied certificate including WIPO from the World Intellectual Property Organization in Geneva (Switzerland) (TO BE ADDED) and LLB (Law Degree) from a Premier Law college in India.

He has a rich plethora of experience in leading Technology Companies, for over 20 years. He is an Indian Attorney and at present the Director of Chennai Lawyers a Leading Law firm in Chennai, India and operates as a Legal Consultant and Business Consultant for many Companies in Middle East, USA, Europe, India, Malaysia, etc.. He is also Senior Legal Advisor for many Royal Families in Middle East. His advices and expertise include on various cross border investments, Joint Venture, Agreements Negotiation and finalization both within the country and cross border.

Prior to that he had taken up assignment with Polaris Software Lab Ltd as Head Legal and his core responsibilities were Software Business contracts including Licensing Contracts, involving critical issues of Intellectual Property Rights, Source Code, Escrow, Litigation both within the country and cross border.

He is an active member of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) subcommittee for Information and communication Technology and Association of Corporate Council of India (ACCI). He was active participant in workshops on current topics in CII and Corporate council of India (ACCI).
